जल का महत्व पर निबंध



जल हमारे जीवन के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है। हम सभी बिना खाने के तो 10 से 15 दिनों तक जी सकते हैं, लेकिन बिना जल के 3 से 4 दिन से ज्यादा नहीं जी सकते हैं। जल के बिना जीवन संभव ही नहीं है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि जल ही जीवन है। जल इतना महत्वपूर्ण होने के बाद भी लोगों को जल की कीमत ज्यादा नहीं लगती है। बहुत सारे लोग जल को अनावश्यक रुप से बर्बाद करते हैं।

आजकल देश के कई भागों में जल की भारी किल्लत हो गई है। जल की कमी के कारण कई जगह खेती के लिए जरूरी पानी नहीं मिल पा रहा है। इसके कारण फसल की उपज काफी कम हो रही है और अनाज के दाम काफी बढ़ रहे हैं। पूरी धरती पर जितना भी जल है उसका सिर्फ एक प्रतिशत ही हमारे काम आ सकता है। जल के लगातार बर्बादी की वजह से जमीन में जल का स्तर गिरता जा रहा है। अब लोगों को कुएं में पानी नहीं मिलता है। जमीन में पानी का स्तर नीचे जाने से पेड़-पौधे भी अब ज्यादा नहीं लग पा रहे हैं। कई सारे पेड़ सूख जाते हैं। इसकी वजह से पर्यावरण को काफी नुकसान हो रहा है। अगर जल को यूं ही बर्बाद किया गया तो वह दिन दूर नहीं जब पीने के पानी के लिए लड़ाइयां लड़ी जाएगी और पीने का पानी काफी महंगे दामों में बिकेगा।

जल का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ पीने के पानी और खेती के लिए ही नहीं होता है बल्कि जल के कई उपयोग हैं जैसे बहुत सारे कल कारखानों और इंडस्ट्रीज में जल अत्यंत जरुरी होता है। इंसानों को जितना जल आवश्यक है, जानवरों, कीड़े मकोड़े सभी को जल की उतनी ही आवश्यकता होती है। घर बनाने से लेकर मोटर गाड़ी चलाने तक सभी चीजों में जल की जरूरत होती है। जल से ही नदियां और समुंद्र बना है।

अगर घर में किसी दिन पानी आना बंद हो जाए तो उस घर का सारा काम बंद हो जाता है। उस दिन ना तो खाना बन पाता है, ना ही कपड़े धोए जा सकते हैं, ना तो स्नान किया जा सकता है और ना ही ठीक से शौचालय का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है तो इस तरह हम देखते हैं कि जल हमारे जीवन के हरेक पल में एक अहम रोल अदा करता है।
